Nano technology is …
Nano technology is untested as far as health goes. It could be another nightmare instead of a solution.

**they can make …
**they can make solar energy more widely available at a competitive cost, then it will be pervasive**
When the government gets involved it increases the cost of productss, services, and business while if compitition and free market is used cost goes down.
Or haven’t you noticed that the Social Security and Welfare programs aren’t as cheap to run or offer as cheap of a product or service as the companies in the Computer Industry. Compitition drives down costs, not govermental legistation

If you think that not doing something is the better way then go stick your head in the sand like George W Bush did, but while your doing that the rest of us will be fighting for our lives and our children lives and our great grandchildren lives

Congress doesn’t …
Congress doesn’t have to pass any laws to stop a superior idea from succeeding. If they can make solar energy more widely available at a competitive cost, then it will be pervasive. If not, then it wasn’t worth it anyway. It’s that simple.

You lost me at …
You lost me at taxes me to save your job as an activist. Plants love carbon. It makes up so little of the atmosphere. Why not have a mandatory tree planting bill. This will replenish the atmosphere with pollution fighting, natural solar-gathering, oxygen producers. Taxing the industrialized countries, the ones using advanced scientific research is a contradiction to you atheist scumbags.
More domestic drilling, more nuclear power, more voluntary conservation. NO MORE IDIOTS STEALING MY MONEY.
