concentrate…..? how can i concentrate on my studies..everytym i sit i thnk of other things…lot of things cum to my mind…mainly the mattr of luv..tell me how to get rid of dis…i hv tried a lot…but icant…i juss wanna take this matter out atleast till maah examz are over…
you must train yourself. as soon as you think about something else, immediately change your thought on your studies. Keep doing this over and over. I like to put a small x on my hand with pen and whenever I see that it reminds me to think about my studies. References :
